Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are a great way for people of all ages and abilities to be active and improve their health and wellbeing.

Our weekly and monthly walks vary from under one mile in local Brighton and Hove parks, to more challenging walks in our beautiful surrounding countryside.

We also run two friendly walks for specific communities, including our walks for LGBTQ+ people and adults with a learning disability.

We look forward to welcoming you on our walks led by our wonderful Walk Leader volunteers!
