Harrow Health Walks are FREE and provide local residents with an opportunity to walk regularly in a relaxed and friendly environment and enjoy some beautiful green spaces. The walks are run by Public Health Harrow and led by qualified and insured volunteer Walk Leaders, who encourage you to walk at your own pace

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age and fitness level. Join our regular walkers for a leisurely and social walk around Harrow's wonderful green spaces.

Wellbeing Walks is a great way to meet new like-minded people and explore your local area without worrying about getting lost or having to plan your route!

You do not need to book in advance. Turn up on the day. There’s a walk happening every day of the week and all over the borough.

Our walks are free to attend, but we do ask that walkers register to attend our walks, so that we know who is walking with us. To do this, please sign up using the link under 'Register as a Harrow Health Walker'

For more information on our walks and to sign up to our programme, visit www.harrow.gov.uk/walk

Please note, the Rayners Lane Ramblers walk will be running on Saturday 3rd February this week.
