Overview

Join Alice and Freya from Barnsley FC Community Trust for a lovely stroll around Worsbrough. The routes always start from Worsbrough Miners Welfare car park but, vary each week depending on the ability of the group and the time of year. During the lighter nights, the routes can be more rural around Worsbrough Mill Reservoir and surrounding fields. During the darker nights, the routes are more urban, sticking to the lit paths of Worsbrough. The walk is ideal for bringing kids along and dogs on a lead are welcome too.

It is advised to wear weather appropriate clothes and sensible footwear for walking. For the darker nights, the leaders have reflective bands for each walker to be safe while walking while it's dark.
