Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
This walk is a safe environment using out running tracks and you can do as much or as little as you like in the hour. You could walk for the full 60 minutes of come along for the last ten minutes. There are also chairs out for you to have a rest in between if you need or would like to. The session is delivered by fully qualified staff who will welcome you. Refreshments are provided afterwards in the leisure centre.
