You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
This Gentle Steps walking session takes place in Horden Welfare Park. We walk at a very gentle pace and take regular breaks as required. We stay within the park which is flat and made-up footpaths. The session lasts for up to 60 mins and then we walk to the library to have a cuppa.
