Oakley Woodland Walk

Start:

Oakley Woodland Health & Wellbeing Walk

One hour walks at a moderate pace along local woodland and field footpaths.

We walk at a gentle pace with plenty of pause points to ‘be mindful’ … it could be a view, ripening barley field, wildflowers, birdsong etc… also, if appropriate do some simple mindful movements [Qigong]… which enhance mental and inner wellbeing. However this is dependant on seasons.
The actual walk is about 1 hour, but with pause moments will be longer … sometimes up to 1-1.5 hours.
