Lambourn wellbeing walk

Join us for our inclusive group walk around Lambourn,  to benefit your physical and mental health the area is beautiful and our walks take you past stables with wonderful views of the downs and gallops, we have three planned routes and can be flexible on the day. there are teas and coffee after the walk and you can expect a great welcome.

we meet at 11:30 at Lambourn St Micheals And All Angels Church, Parsonage Lane, Lambourn RG17 8PU. The walk will be an hour.

There is limited free parking in the high street car park (RG17 8XL) or on street parking in the village

Join us on the first Friday of each month for a gentle stroll to watch the seasons change. An opportunity to stay active, spot local wildlife and make new friends. We are a friendly group and all newcomers are very welcome. We cater for all abilities and finish with a lovely coffee and cake in the cafe at the end.

Please Note - The walk will be partly over a field, so appropriate footwear necessary.

Inkpen (Crown and Garter Inn)

Join us for a walk around the beautiful historic village of Inkpen. The walk is circular and starts and finishes at  the Crown & Garter (the local pub & cafe) providing an opportunity for a tea or coffee and a catch up! 

This walk takes in a variety of views, including woodland and farm landscapes. 

The route taken varies depending on the groups preferences on the day, and the walk is inclusive of all abilities. There are sometimes stiles on route, however if this is not suitable please do let John (the Walk Leader) know as there are alternative routes available and he will be happy to ensure the route taken is suitable. 

Unfortunately due to the rural nature of the walk, this walk is not fully accessible and is therefore not wheelchair or buggy friendly.

Join us for a gentle stroll along the footpaths around the leafy area of Witney. We are a friendly group and all newcomers of all abilities are always very welcome. Walk and chat for about 30 – 45 minutes to help improve your fitness and feel energised.

A friendly walk along the footpaths of Witney starting outside the Nuffield Medical Practice. New walkers of all abilities are always welcome. Leisurely pace between 2-3 miles and lasting approximately 1 hour. Depending on weather conditions we may walk along country footpaths.
