Itteringham AY 72 Mossymere Wood and Mannington walk.

A rural walk from Itteringham, through Mossymere Wood (full of Bluebells in late April / early May) then on to Mannington, passing by the Hall , before returning to Itteringham via field footpaths & beside a stream. Itteringham has one of the oldest village shops in England, it has been trading since 1637. Refreshments are served, but space is limited. Grade 3 walk 4 miles, 2 stiles.

A leisurely town walk, incorporating grades 1 (easier) and 3 (longer), 30-60 minutes. The longer route can cover some uneven ground. Free parking at the Leisure Centre. Join us for a friendly walk. Join us for a chat, and stay for a cuppa after the walk

Botesdale Easy & Extended Weekly Walk

An easy, 30 minute walk suitable for people recovering from illness or wanting to begin walking for their health and wellbeing, with an extended 60 minute loop for improvers. Get more active in good company with these beginner's and improver's level walks. If the beginners walk is too challenging, we can cut it short to meet your needs on the day. Join us for tea, coffee and chat after the walk.

Meet near Park View Chapel for a 10.00 start. Parking, toilets and refreshments available at Parkview Chapel. Sorry, no dogs except assistance dogs.

Stanton Wellbeing Walk, near Bury St Edmunds

This is a beginners and improvers gentle and adaptable walk, inviting connection with others and nature.

It explores the pretty village of Stanton with its windmill and grundle. The walk is graded between 1-3 and is up to 60 minutes long. Meet at Stanton Church Rooms. Well-behaved dogs are permitted on short leads. There is some on street parking or you can park further along the road at the Community Centre. There are toilets and refreshments available at the Church Rooms.
