Overview

Our starting point is ideal for walks to local beauty spots including Blackamoor and Old Hay Brook and, when ground conditions allow, might involve some field walking and the occasional stile on the longer of our walks. We also offer a shorter walk for those who prefer a flat walk on a firm surface. The shorter walk is conducted at a stately pace and is suitable for prams, buggies and wheelchairs. An important part of both walks is the opportunity to mix and socialise and we encourage walkers to return to Dore Community Hall after their walk to continue their conversations over a cuppa.
