We offer a range of walks in Aylsham, Drayton, East Broadland, Norwich City and South Norfolk and Taverham. The walks are graded to suit most ability and fitness levels.  

Try a short, slower-paced walk or a more challenging one and see how your fitness improves over time. Walks take place in parks, interesting urban areas and scenic countryside. 

The walks are offered most days of the week and are led by trained leaders who will greet you and explain any safety points to be aware of during the walk. Walks are free but donations are occasionally requested.

Getting started with walking

Our Wellbeing Walks make getting active easier, for everyone. Because you’ll be walking with others, you’ll feel safe, be supported, and have fun along the way.
