Heart and Sole walks are suitable for anyone who is wanting to improve fitness, to add recovery from or prevent an illness or injury and generally wishing to improve their own wellbeing. 

We have 12 walks spread over the week, that are graded for you to select which walk best suits your own needs and ability, with all routes being set in the beautiful parks and rural settings of Chelmsford. 

Each walk is led by a trained leader with back and middle markers, where appropriate, so no one need worry about being left behind, whatever their pace.

Our Wellbeing Walks make getting active easier, for everyone. Because you’ll be walking with others, you’ll feel safe, be supported, and have fun along the way.
