a group of walkers in a park

This is a volunteer-led group walking programme supported by Haringey Council for all Haringey residents.

All volunteers have been trained as Walk Leaders and hold appropriate insurance cover. The programme is part of a national initiative led by Ramblers. It aims to encourage people, particularly those who are the least active, to do regular short walks (30-90 minutes) within their local community. The walks are sociable and fun.

All walks are FREE OF CHARGE and all abilities are catered for. To access the Scheme people can just arrive at the meeting place listed on the schedule but please note you will be required to complete a brief Health Questionnaire prior to participating on the walk for insurance purposes.
