We walk six days a week and have walks to support every fitness level. Walks vary in length from 30 - 90 minutes and are graded from easy to hard. There are also longer walks which take place outside of our Walking For Health programme that are aimed at those looking for an extra challenge. Qualified Walk Leaders are always there to assist and advise at every step of the way. 

Everyone is welcome and it is absolutely FREE to take part. There is no need to book, just come along on the day you want to join us (we do recommend that everyone starts with an ‘easy’ walk). 

This programme is here to help support you in leading an active lifestyle whilst discovering more about the many open areas and fantastic greenspaces in your local communities. Our walks are very popular, so it is a good opportunity to meet others who are fun, friendly and like-minded individuals that love to be active. 

We also run a series of shorter walks specifically for those recovering from illness or injury.
