Lincolnshire Co-op coordinates and supports a network of volunteer-lead Wellbeing Walks across Lincolnshire and Newark.

The free walks can help boost your fitness and wellbeing, however you can gain so much more - learning about your local area and its wildlife, meeting new friends and boosting your mental wellbeing.

The walks are led by friendly, specially trained volunteers who are on hand to provide encouragement and support.

All walks are free of charge, last between 30 and 90 minutes, and the routes start and finish at the same location. Discover the great outdoors with both urban and rural strolls through local beauty spots.
