Overview

Join the walk leaders on a 60 minute, grade 3 walk from Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre as another way to support Mental Health Awareness Week and the importance of being active, walking with people and having the opportunity to talk to like minded people, oh and don't forget the coffee afterwards.

The walk will meet at the reception of Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre and will look to take a route which may include some rural paths and footpaths. 

Assistance dogs only on this walk. 

Parking for walkers is at the Leisure Centre. Toilets and refreshments available at the leisure centre as well.
