Overview

ocial Prescribing Link Workers from Wansbeck Community Links (Cygnus support in partnership with Wansbeck Primary Care Network) lead a wellbeing walk in Seaton Park every Monday at 1pm.  

The group meet at the front gate of Seaton Park Medical Group and take a walk along to Hirst Park Pavillion, where they enjoy a cuppa and a chat. After this, the group take a different route back to the meeting point.  

The walk and cuppa break takes around 90 minutes in total, 30 minutes of which is walking time.  

Although the route covers various terrain, it is fully accessible for anyone who would like to join in.
