Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
A walk around the local Settle and/or Giggleswick area starting at the Millennium Gardens on Kirkgate.
The actual route will be announced at the start of the meeting but will be on pavements and footpaths through the town and local parks. We normally finish at a local cafe for refreshments. We are happy for well-behaved dogs to come along. The local cafes are dog-friendly. There are no high stiles to climb, maybe an easy squeeze stile and only the odd short steep section on some routes with plenty of rest stops as needed. If anyone needs a shorter walk (saunter) then we can accommodate that.
