Walkers enjoying our Central Park Wellbeing Walk.

Our Wellbeing Walks take place in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. All Wellbeing Walks are coordinated by One You Plymouth, in partnership with some local organisations. There are walks available on most days of the week, and it's a great way to look after your wellbeing. There are walks that suit most abilities; from a short accessible 20 minutes to a more challenging 90 minutes with varied terrain.

You can sign up to our Wellbeing Walks newsletter to be sent a weekly walks schedule via email by visiting our One You Plymouth website below.

We work in partnership with local organisations such as Improving Lives Plymouth, Elder Tree, Argyle Community Trust and Pluss. Pluss currently organise closed walks for their clients only which are not advertised on this website.

Our Walks wouldn't be possible without the fantastic organisations and volunteers who come together to support anyone wanting to get a bit more active and meet new friends. We look forward to seeing you on a walk soon.
