You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
Join us for a Wellbeing Walk around Central Park. We have a short 20 minute option for those just getting started, the walk then continues for another 40 minutes with some inclines for those wanting something a bit more challenging. We always go at the pace of the slowest walker and there are plenty of rest stops along the way.
