Overview

This group meet twice a month (1st and 3rd Tuesday) for their wellbeing walk followed by a cuppa in the House of Hope afterwards. 

The walk lasts up to 90 minutes and covers various terrain and most of the routes are relatively flat. However, some routes may includes slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and stiles. They are led by our friendly, trained Walk Leaders
